11:30-12:00報到時進行抽獎(100組)。每人限抽一次,數量有限,先到先抽。 - 圍爐摸彩快樂抽
用餐時間進行抽獎活動。

備註1:可先找好想一起同桌吃飯的室友、同學(一桌10人),於報名時填寫姓名,不保證但會盡量安排你們同桌吃飯。
備註2:外籍生請準備居留證影本於報名時上傳至報名表單。活動當日中獎,須於領獎時以現金支付獎項實物價值之20%所得稅(請自備零錢),並填寫相關資料後領取獎品。
備註3:報名成功後,若因突發狀況不克參加,請務必提前來信 y.miok@ntnu.edu.tw 告知,以便我們將名額釋出給候補同學。若報名後未到場且未事先通知,將影響未來參與本中心活動之報名資格。
備註4:若報名時名額已額滿,歡迎來信 y.miok@ntnu.edu.tw 申請候補名額(請附上姓名、學號、飲食葷素,外籍生請附上居留證電子檔作為抽獎報稅使用);若有釋出空缺,我們將依序通知候補同學遞補。

Event: 2026 NTNU Dormitory Lunar New Year Event
Time:Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 12:00 PM (Check-in begins at 11:30 AM).
Venue:Student Dormitory 2 Dining Hall, Gongguan Campus.
Eligibility:Winter-break residents (Academic Year 2025-2026).
Participants: 150 participants.
Registration Period: Starts on January 26, 2026, at 10:00 AM (Registration closes when full.)

Organizer: Student Housing, Office of Student Affairs, NTNU.
Dress Code: Red clothing or accessories.
Have lunch with university faculty and your roommates. A lucky draw will take place during the event. Check in before 12:00 PM to participate in the On-Time Lucky Draw.

P.S.
1. You may list the roommates or friends you wish to sit with (10 people per table) when registering. We will try our best to arrange the same table, but it cannot be guaranteed.
2. International students are required to upload a copy of their ARC (for tax purposes) when registering.
If you win a prize, you will be required to pay a 20% prize tax in cash upon collection (please prepare exact change). You will receive your prize after completing the required information forms.
3. If you are unable to attend after registering, please email y.miok@ntnu.edu.tw in advance so we can offer your spot to students on the waiting list.
No-shows without prior notice will affect your eligibility for future event registrations.
4. If registration is full, please email y.miok@ntnu.edu.tw to join the waiting list. Include your name, student ID, and meal preference (regular or vegetarian). International students should also attach a copy of their ARC for tax purposes. We will contact you if a spot becomes available.
