重要注意事項Important Notes:：
1.為配合115學年第1學期進住作業，確有住宿需求者，建議115年8月26日即填寫問卷調查，以利承辦人及早作業。本次同意遞補宿舍或換舍者，請於115/08/30前填寫問卷調查（問卷調查連結會另寄信件通知，若未收到信請務必於08/30日前來信告知），收到承辦人115/08/31之信件通知，才算候補成功，未於115/08/30前填寫問卷調查者視同放棄遞補及換舍，之後欲再申請宿舍候補則視同逾期申請重新排候補序號。 To facilitate the dormitory move-in process for the first semester of the 2026 academic year, students who have a confirmed need for dormitory accommodation are advised to complete the online survey on August 26, 2026, so that the staff member in charge can process the arrangements as early as possible.Students who wish to accept the dormitory placement or room change offered in this round must complete the online survey by August 30, 2026. The survey link will be sent separately by email. If you do not receive the email, please contact us by email no later than August 30.Your dormitory placement or room change will be considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from the staff member in charge on August 31, 2026.Students who fail to complete the survey by August 30 will be deemed to have declined the dormitory placement or room change. If they wish to apply for the dormitory waitlist again, their application will be treated as a late application and they will be assigned a new waitlist number accordingly.
2.候補者不再依當初申請所填之宿舍志願別，以排進空床位為原則，若只願意住某棟宿舍者請來信告知承辦人，僅能排該棟宿舍之候補，但如此等待候補到床位之時間會較長。Waitlisted students will no longer be assigned based on the dormitory preferences indicated in their original applications. Assignments will be made based on available beds. Students who are only willing to stay in a specific dormitory must notify the staff member in charge by email. In such cases, they will be placed on the waitlist for that dormitory only, and the waiting time for a bed may be longer.
3.確認換舍者仍須補繳住宿費全數差額。 Students who confirm a room change are still required to pay the full difference in dormitory fees.
