重要注意事項Important Notes：
★★★ 若有急於本週假日入住需求者，請務必於115年9月3日（四）上午10:00前填寫問卷調查，以利承辦人及早作業。針對已提前填寫並同意接受遞補者，預計於9月4日通知床位分配及繳費等相關資訊。★★★ If you need to move into the dormitory during this coming weekend, please complete the online survey by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2026, so that the staff member in charge can process your dormitory assignment as early as possible.
Students who complete the survey early and confirm that they accept the waitlist offer are expected to receive information regarding their bed assignment, dormitory fee payment, and related procedures on September 4, 2026.
1.本次同意遞補宿舍或換舍者，請於115/09/06前填寫問卷調查（問卷調查連結會另寄信件通知，若未收到信請務必於09/06日前來信告知），收到承辦人115/09/08之信件通知，才算候補成功，未於115/09/06前填寫問卷調查者視同放棄遞補及換舍，之後欲再申請宿舍候補則視同逾期申請重新排候補序號。Students who wish to accept the dormitory waitlist offer or room/dormitory change must complete the online survey by September 6, 2026. The survey link will be sent separately by email. If you do not receive the email, please contact us by email no later than September 6.
Your waitlist offer or room/dormitory change will only be confirmed after you receive a confirmation email from the staff member in charge on September 8, 2026.
Students who fail to complete the survey by September 6 will be considered to have declined the waitlist offer or room/dormitory change. If they wish to apply for the dormitory waitlist again, their application will be treated as a late application and they will receive a new waitlist number accordingly.
2.候補者不再依當初申請所填之宿舍志願別，以排進空床位為原則，若只願意住某棟宿舍者請來信告知承辦人，僅能排該棟宿舍之候補，但如此等待候補到床位之時間會較長。Waitlisted students will no longer be assigned based on the dormitory preferences indicated in their original applications. Vacant beds will be assigned based on availability. If you are only willing to stay in a specific dormitory, please email the staff member in charge. In this case, you will only be placed on the waitlist for that dormitory, and the waiting time for a bed may be longer.
3.確認換舍者仍須補繳住宿費全數差額。Students who confirm a room/dormitory change are still required to pay the full difference in dormitory fees.
