重要注意事項 Notes：
1.本次同意遞補宿舍或換舍者，請於115/09/27前填寫問卷調查（問卷調查連結會另寄信件通知，若未收到信請務必於09/27日前來信告知），收到承辦人115/09/29之信件通知，才算候補成功，未於115/09/27前填寫問卷調查者視同放棄遞補及換舍，之後欲再申請宿舍候補則視同逾期申請重新排候補序號。
Students who accept a waitlist placement or dormitory change in this round must complete the survey by September 27, 2026. (The survey link will be sent separately by email. If you do not receive the email, please contact us by September 27.) A waitlist placement is considered successful only after you receive the coordinator’s confirmation email on September 29, 2026. Students who do not complete the survey by September 27 will be deemed to have waived the waitlist placement and dormitory change. Any subsequent waitlist application will be treated as a late application and assigned a new waitlist sequence number.
2.候補者不再依當初申請所填之宿舍志願別，以排進空床位為原則，若只願意住某棟宿舍者請來信告知承辦人，僅能排該棟宿舍之候補，但如此等待候補到床位之時間會較長。
Waitlisted students will no longer be assigned according to the dormitory preferences submitted in their original application; vacancies will be assigned based on available beds. Students who are willing to live only in a specific dormitory should email us. In such cases, they can only remain on the waitlist for that dormitory, and the waiting time may be longer.
3.確認換舍者仍須補繳住宿費全數差額。
Students who confirm a dormitory change must still pay the full difference in accommodation fees.
