1. Payment Slip
Please download your accommodation fee payment slip from the following website: http://ap.itc.ntnu.edu.tw/FreshLogin/
2. Overseas Chinese and Foreign Students
Overseas Chinese and foreign freshmen who have not yet entered Taiwan may make the payment after entering Taiwan,but before the first day of the semester (September 7, 2026).
3. Non-Payment by the Deadline
Students who fail to pay the accommodation fee by the deadline will have their dormitory eligibility cancelled and their priority for dormitory application in the following academic year lowered by one level.
4. Students Who No Longer Need Dormitory Accommodation
Students who no longer need dormitory accommodation should submit a withdrawal application through the Student Dormitory Application System between August 26 and September 2, 2026.
5. Ministry of Education Subsidy
Overseas Chinese and foreign students who hold ROC nationality should send a copy of their ID card to the Student Housing Office.
