Students who are unable to complete the check-out procedure for the 2nd semester of the 114 academic year on June 14, 2026, in accordance with the schedule announced by the Student Housing, due to participation in the 2026 Teacher Qualification Examination for Senior High School and Below and Preschools, flight schedules, academic courses, or other valid reasons, may apply for a late check-out.
Applications shall be submitted from April 1 to April 30, 2026 (late applications will not be accepted). Applicants must log in to the housing application system and complete the Single-Day Accommodation Application Form, stating the reason and uploading supporting documents. Approved applicants may extend their stay until 12:00 PM on June 16, 2026.
A daily accommodation fee of NTD 350 per bed per day will be charged for the extended stay. If the actual check-out date exceeds June 16, 2026, students must apply for summer accommodation and pay the full summer dormitory fee and deposit.
The results of the late check-out applications will be announced on May 4, 2026. Applicants are requested to follow the instructions provided in the announcement.
