因本學期臺北市政府消防局防災科學教育館進行整修，暫無法辦理補訓，故已於3月27日於公館校區辦理防災教育講座作為補訓場次。

未參加上述講座者，亦可自行至新北市滬尾防災宣導主題館完成補訓，並請於《學生住宿輔導辦法》規定期限前，將補訓證明繳交至宿舍櫃檯，以完成補訓程序。

If you did not complete the drill, please complete the make-up training within the required deadline in accordance with the National Taiwan Normal University Regulations for Student Dormitory Counseling.

If you fail to complete the make-up training by the deadline, 5 points will be deducted.

Due to renovation at the Taipei City Fire Safety Museum, make-up training was not available this semester. A disaster prevention lecture was held on March 27 at Gongguan Campus as a make-up option.

If you did not attend the lecture, you may complete the make-up training at 新北市滬尾防災宣導主題館.

Please submit proof of completion to the dormitory front desk before the deadline stated in the regulations.

All other residents should remain in their rooms with the fireproof doors securely closed. After the drill, from 7:50 to 8:30, those who sheltered in place should sign in online by scanning the QR code in the lounge with their mobile phones.

因臺北市政府消防局防災科學教育館自115年1月1日至8月31日進行展區設備更新工程，期間暫停對外開放，住服中心將加辦一場防災教育講座，提供住宿生作為本學年度防災演練之補訓方式。

According to the Student Dormitory Counseling Regulations (Article 5, Paragraph 9), dormitory residents must complete one disaster drill each academic year.

Article 5, Paragraph 9:
Students shall participate in the fire or earthquake evacuation drills in the student dormitories for one time per academic year, or participate in the fire drills certified by the Fire Safety Museum of Taipei City Fire Department before the dormitory application deadline (including that day) for the next academic year.

The Fire Safety Museum of the Taipei City Fire Department will be closed from January 1 to August 31, 2026 for renovation.
Because of this closure, Student Housing will hold a Disaster Prevention Lecture as a make-up session for the disaster drill requirement.

According to the NTNU Regulations for Student Dormitory Counseling, Article 5, Paragraph 9:
Students shall participate in the fire or earthquake evacuation drills in the student dormitories for one time per academic year, or participate in the fire drills certified by the Fire Safety Museum of Taipei City Fire Department before the dormitory application deadline (including that day) for the next academic year.

Reminder: If you do not participate, 5 points will be deducted. If the total number of deduction points reaches 10 during the academic year, the student shall be lowered 1 place in the standard order of dormitory in the next academic year.

Q: What should I do if I did not participate in the disaster drill this semester?
A: You must participate next semester. Alternatively, You can participate in the fire drills certified by the Fire Safety Museum of Taipei City Fire Department before the dormitory application deadline (including that day) for the next academic year.。

Steps:

1. Go to the Fire Safety Museum of Taipei City Fire Department website to make a reservation.
2. Download the form “Attendance Certification Slip of Disaster Prevention Drill for NTNU Dorm Residents” from the Student Housing website.
3. Ask the museum staff to stamp the Attendance Certification Slip.
4. At the Fire Safety Museum, complete the following training:
   ● Escape sling
   ● Fire extinguisher
   ● Smoke simulation experience
   ● Fire-fighting equipment training (and other required activities)
5. Keep the electronic file for yourself.
6. Submit the stamped paper copy of the Attendance Certification Slip to the dormitory front desk.

(3) 避難疏散演練及防災教育時間表

︎ 8:00-8:15：引導互助編組人員開始進行疏散
(4) 疏散流程：
︎ 7:30聽到火災警報後，請冷靜的帶著你的學生證，按照宿舍每層樓的疏散方向進行疏散。
︎ 下樓梯時請注意腳步、勿奔跑。
︎ 出宿舍後，前往體育館前，並使用學生證刷卡簽到。
︎ 領取救災物資，完成防災演練。
(5) 引導互助編組之人員疏散，疏散集合地點：各宿舍大門口外（紙本或其他簽到方式）。

︎ 絕對不要搭乘電梯！！
︎ 下樓梯時請注意腳步、勿奔跑。
︎ 出宿舍後，前往司令台前，並使用學生證刷卡簽到。
︎ 領取救災物資，完成防災演練。
請注意：學二舍此次為全棟疏散。
(5) 引導互助編組之人員疏散，疏散集合地點：各宿舍大門口外（紙本或其他簽到方式）。
備註：引導互助編組人員名單由各宿舍人員通知。

四、如預定演練日期適逢颱風或其他天災、不可抗力因素，致原集合地點無法使用或活動需取消時，將調整集合地點或另行擇期辦理。屆時會在住服中心網站公告。

五、如果我因故無法參加防災演練怎麼辦？
沒關係，可以在下學年宿舍申請截止日含當日前參加並取得臺北市政府消防局防災科學教育館之消防演習認證。請先上「臺北市政府消防局防災科學教育館」網站預約，然後在住服中心網站下載「住宿生防災演練補訓證明單」。於防災科學教育館完成滅火訓練、煙霧體驗、消防設備訓練等訓練課目後，請防災科學教育館相關人員蓋證明戳章。存留電子檔自行保管，紙本交到宿舍櫃檯。

Student Dormitory Disaster Evacuation Drill for Fall Semester 2025

1.According to the NTNU Regulations for Student Dormitory Counseling, Article 5, Paragraph 9:
Students shall participate in the fire or earthquake evacuation drills in the student dormitories for one time per academic year, or participate in the fire drills certified by the Fire Safety Museum of Taipei City Fire Department before the dormitory application deadline (including that day) for the next academic year.
Reminder: If you do not participate, 5 points will be deducted.
If the total number of deduction points reaches 10 during the academic year, the student shall be lowered 1 place in the standard order of dormitory in the next academic year.

2.Purpose
You need to know the evacuation routes in the dormitory. If you are familiar with them, you can escape safely in case of a disaster.

3.Drill Schedule
Please note: The schedule is different for Heping Campus and Gongguan Campus.
(1)Heping Campus Dormitory Drill
a.Date & Time: September 24, 2025 (Wednesday), 07:30–07:50
b.Assembly Point: Open space between the Gymnasium and the Track Field (sign in with student ID card)
c.Schedule:
︎ 07:30 – Alarm will sound in each dormitory
︎ 07:30–07:50 – Evacuation and sign-in
d.Evacuation Procedure:
︎ When you hear the fire alarm at 07:30, please take your student ID card.
︎ Follow the evacuation signs and walk downstairs (no running).
︎ After leaving the dormitory, go to the front of the Gymnasium.
︎ Sign in with your student ID card, then collect emergency snacks.
︎ The drill is complete.

(2)Gongguan Campus Dormitory Drill
a.Date & Time: October 1, 2025 (Wednesday), 07:30–07:50
b.Assembly Point: in front of the Review Stand (sign in with student ID card).
c.Schedule:
︎ 07:30 – Alarm will sound in each dormitory
︎ 07:30–07:50 – Evacuation and sign-in
d.Evacuation Procedure:
︎ When you hear the fire alarm at 07:30, please take your student ID card.
︎ Do not use elevators! Walk downstairs carefully, no running.
︎ After leaving the dormitory, go to the front of the Review Stand.
︎ Sign in with your student ID card, then collect emergency snacks.
︎ The drill is complete.
Please note: All residents of Dormitory 2 must join this drill.

4.Special Notice
If a typhoon, natural disaster, or other unexpected event happens, the drill may be canceled or the meeting place/time may be changed.
Please check the announcement on the Student Housing website.

5.What if I cannot join the drill?
No problem! You can participate in the fire drills certified by the Fire Safety Museum of Taipei City Fire Department before the dormitory application deadline (including that day) for the next academic year.
