  1. If new students have already applied for dormitory housing during the online enrollment process and do not wish to make any changes, there is no need to log in to the Student Dormitory Application System again. However, if students forgot to apply for housing during enrollment or wish to change their dormitory preferences, they must log in to the Student Dormitory Application System and complete the application or modify their preferences within the application period announced on the website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Before logging in to the Dormitory Application System, please make sure that you have activated your account through the NTNU Academic Affairs System.

  3. Students applying for dormitory housing under the categories of low-income, middle-low-income, or with disabilities: please take a photo of your supporting documents and email them to the dormitory contact person\u2019s email address before the online application deadline (include your student ID number and name in the email).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Offshore island students (those who have been registered outside of Taiwan\u2019s main island for more than one year), and indigenous students (those registered in a native tribal area for more than one year): please take a photo of a household registration transcript issued within the last 3 months and email it to the dormitory contact person\u2019s email address before the online application deadline (include your student ID number and name in the email).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. The dormitory lottery results for new students will be announced on the Student Housing website at 5:00 p.m. on the scheduled date. Please check the website for the results.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
