  1. When new students proceed with online registration, the system will prompt them step-by-step for various details, including basic personal information, military service information, dormitory application, orientation registration, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. New students requiring campus housing must complete the dormitory application in the \u201cDormitory Application Information\u201d section during the online registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Please note: If you click \u201cI agree to apply for a dormitory\u201d but fail to fill out the application form, experience a connection failure, or leave it unsaved, it will be considered as not applying for housing. The system will not redirect you to the dormitory application system, and you will not be included in the housing lottery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Once you have completed and saved your dormitory application, please continue with the remaining registration process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. After completing the entire online registration, the final confirmation page will not display whether or not a dormitory application was submitted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Please note that if you repeatedly log into the dormitory application section of the online registration system and modify your preferences multiple times during the registration period, the system will still only record the timestamp of your first fully completed dormitory application.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. The online registration system only requires the completion of the \u201cDormitory Application Information\u201d during your first submission. If you decide to modify your dormitory preferences after the first submission, the system will no longer enforce this section as a mandatory field. Therefore, whenever you make changes to your dormitory application, please remember to save and verify the changes yourself, as the system will not issue further reminders.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    \u2605 What if I applied for dormitory housing but now wish to cancel my application:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    1. If you initially applied for a dormitory during the online registration but later changed your mind, you can go to the \u201cModify Dormitory Application\u201d section, select \u201cI do not agree,\u201d and save the change before the registration deadline. After this, revisiting the \u201cModify Dormitory Application\u201d page will show the message: \u201cYou have not applied for a dormitory.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. The system only retains your final selected choice. In other words, once you click \u201cI do not agree\u201d and save, all previous application data are cleared, and it will be treated as if no dormitory application was submitted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      \u2605 What if I did not apply for a dormitory during online registration but later wish to do so after the deadline:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. If you forgot to apply for housing during the online registration or wish to change your dormitory preferences later, you may do so by logging into the Student Dormitory Application System within the timeframe specified in the announced new student dormitory application schedule to fill out and submit your dormitory application.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
