To ensure the refund process goes smoothly, please log in to the Student Housing System to verify and upload your personal postal or bank account information. Additionally, overseas Chinese and international students must upload a copy of their Alien Resident Certificate (ARC) and ensure their correct ARC number is entered into the ID number field.
