{"id":14402,"date":"2026-03-18T16:19:31","date_gmt":"2026-03-18T08:19:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dorm.sa.ntnu.edu.tw\/?p=14402"},"modified":"2026-03-31T17:16:16","modified_gmt":"2026-03-31T09:16:16","slug":"application-for-deferred-check-out-2nd-semester-of-the-114-academic-year-spring-2026","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dorm.sa.ntnu.edu.tw\/en\/application-for-deferred-check-out-2nd-semester-of-the-114-academic-year-spring-2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Application for Deferred Check-out \u2013 2nd Semester of the 114 Academic Year (Spring 2026)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Students who are unable to complete the <strong>check-out procedure for the 2nd semester of the 114 academic year on June 14, 2026<\/strong>, in accordance with the schedule announced by the Student Housing, due to participation in the <strong>2026 Teacher Qualification Examination for Senior High School and Below and Preschools<\/strong>, flight schedules, academic courses, or other valid reasons, may apply for a <strong>late check-out<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications shall be submitted from <strong>April 1 to April 30, 2026<\/strong> (<strong>late applications will not be accepted<\/strong>). Applicants must log in to the housing application system and complete the <strong>Single-Day Accommodation Application Form<\/strong>, stating the reason and uploading supporting documents. Approved applicants may extend their stay until <strong>12:00 PM on June 16, 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A <strong>daily accommodation fee of NTD 350 per bed per day<\/strong> will be charged for the extended stay. If the actual check-out date exceeds <strong>June 16, 2026<\/strong>, students must apply for <strong>summer accommodation<\/strong> and pay the <strong>full summer dormitory fee and deposit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The results of the late check-out applications will be announced on <strong>May 4, 2026<\/strong>.
