The survey link will be sent separately by email. If you do not receive the email, please contact us by email no later than August 30.Your dormitory placement or room change will be considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from the staff member in charge on August 31, 2026.Students who fail to complete the survey by August 30 will be deemed to have declined the dormitory placement or room change. If they wish to apply for the dormitory waitlist again, their application will be treated as a late application and they will be assigned a new waitlist number accordingly.

2.候補者不再依當初申請所填之宿舍志願別，以排進空床位為原則，若只願意住某棟宿舍者請來信告知承辦人，僅能排該棟宿舍之候補，但如此等待候補到床位之時間會較長。Waitlisted students will no longer be assigned based on the dormitory preferences indicated in their original applications.
