Please note: The lottery results only indicate the dormitory to which each student has been assigned. Room and bed assignments (with students from the same department arranged together whenever possible) are expected to be announced by 5:00 p.m. on August 27, 2026.
1 .已抽中宿舍且確定要住宿的同學請務必記得在繳費期間完成繳費，繳費期間：115年8月26日至9月2日， 請上網列印繳費單，網址：https://ap.itc.ntnu.edu.tw/FreshLogin/，未於規定時間內繳交住宿費者，註銷115學年床位，並降低下(116)學年住校申請標準順序一順位。如決定放棄不住，也請於繳費期限內通知承辦人，以免被視為逾期未繳住宿費。
Students who have been assigned a dormitory through the lottery and intend to stay in the dormitory must complete payment within the designated payment period.
Payment Period: August 26–September 2, 2026

Students who fail to pay the dormitory fee within the specified period will have their dormitory bed assignment for the 2026 academic year canceled, and their priority for dormitory applications in the following academic year (2027) will be lowered by one level.
Students who decide to give up their dormitory accommodation must also notify the staff member in charge within the payment period to avoid being considered overdue for non-payment.
2 .僑外籍新生若因未入境無法繳費，可於入境後開學前完成繳費。New overseas Chinese and international students who are unable to pay the dormitory fee because they have not yet entered Taiwan may complete the payment after entering Taiwan and before the semester begins.
3 .要辦理就學貸款的同學，請於115年8月26日至9月2日至住宿申請系統勾選115學年上學期住宿費以就學貸款繳交（操作手冊: https://reurl.cc/jVWAEp ），暫時不要繳住宿費，等辦完就學貸款手續後，確定應繳住宿費金額正確後再繳款，如未於規定時間至住宿申請系統勾選，且未繳費者，將註銷床位且降低下學年住校申請標準順序一順位。Students who plan to apply for a student loan must select the option in the Student Dormitory Application System between August 26 and September 2, 2026, indicating that the dormitory fee for the first semester of the 2026 academic year will be paid through a student loan.Instructions:https://reurl.cc/jVWAEp
Please do not pay the dormitory fee at this time. After completing the student loan application process, please confirm that the amount of the dormitory fee due is correct before making payment.
Students who fail to select the student loan option in the system within the specified period and also fail to pay the dormitory fee will have their dormitory bed assignment canceled, and their priority for dormitory applications in the following academic year will be lowered by one level.
4 .要辦低收入戶住宿費減免同學，請暫時不要繳住宿費，等辦完減免手續後，確定應繳住宿費金額正確後再繳款。Students applying for a low-income household dormitory fee waiver should not pay the dormitory fee at this time. Please complete the fee waiver application process first and confirm that the amount of the dormitory fee due is correct before making payment.
5. *宿舍另設置「早睡」、「節能」及「寧靜」三個主題住宿區域。
已抽中宿舍床位的同學，如有意願申請入住主題住宿區域，請於115年8月25日（星期二）晚上6時前，登入學生住宿申請系統，進行「主題區域申請」。
*因主題住宿區域床位有限，實際安排將視申請情形而定；另可能與其他系所同學同住，無法保證一定能安排入住，敬請同學留意。詳細申請方式請參閱：https://reurl.cc/q5mevq
Themed Dormitory Areas
The dormitories provide three themed accommodation areas: Early-Sleep, Energy-Saving, and Quiet Areas.
Students who have been assigned a dormitory bed through the lottery and wish to apply for a themed dormitory area must log in to the Student Dormitory Application System and submit a Themed Area Application by 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 25, 2026.
Please note that spaces in the themed dormitory areas are limited. Actual assignments will depend on the number of applications received. Students may also be assigned to rooms with students from other departments. Therefore, placement in a themed dormitory area cannot be guaranteed.

6.已抽中宿舍的同學，欲更換宿舍，請登入住宿申請系統申請(操作說明書: https://reurl.cc/o8V9dg )，若有床位釋出，將依抽籤序號依序遞補，換床位及更換宿舍總計1學年以1次為限，住宿費退補費規定依學生住宿輔導辦法辦理。 Students who have been assigned a dormitory through the lottery and wish to change to another dormitory must submit an application through the Student Dormitory Application System. If a bed becomes available, room or dormitory changes will be processed in order of lottery number. Each student may make only one room/bed or dormitory change per academic year. Any additional payment or refund resulting from a change will be handled in accordance with the Student Dormitory Counseling Regulations.
7.確無住宿需求者，請於115年8月26日起至9月2日止，登入學生住宿申請系統填寫放棄住宿申請單。學生住宿申請系統→放棄住宿申請→學年放棄住宿申請→放棄住宿申請→填寫放棄原因→儲存→完成學年放棄住宿申請。Students who no longer need dormitory accommodation must log in to the Student Dormitory Application System between August 26 and September 2, 2026 and submit an application to give up their dormitory accommodation.

8.凡住宿期間因休、退學、畢業等因素而致學籍非在學者，取消住宿資格。Students who are no longer enrolled during the accommodation period due to a leave of absence, withdrawal from the University, graduation, or other changes in enrollment status will lose their eligibility for dormitory accommodation.
9.遞補床位(無床位者)通知將以E-mail 住宿申請系統所留之mail，請自行上系統檢查正確性，避免遺漏通知訊息)通知及公布於學生住宿服務中心網頁。Students who have not been assigned a bed and are subsequently offered a bed from the waitlist will be notified by email and through an announcement on the Student Housing Service Center website. Notifications will be sent to the email address registered in the Student Dormitory Application System. Students are responsible for checking that their email address in the system is correct to avoid missing important notifications.
