★重要注意事項:
1、115學年度住宿繳費單下載網址: http://ap.itc.ntnu.edu.tw/FreshLogin/
2、僑外籍新生若因未入境無法繳費，可於入境後開學前完成繳費。
3、若未於規定期限內繳交住宿費，即視同放棄住宿，註銷床位資格，並降低下學年住校申請標準順序一順位。
4、確無住宿需求者，請於115年8月26日起至9月2日止，登入學生住宿申請系統填寫放棄住宿申請單。學生住宿申請系統→放棄住宿申請→學年放棄住宿申請→放棄住宿申請→填寫放棄原因→儲存→完成學年放棄住宿申請。
5、已繳費且已無住宿需求者，請隨時Email通知學生住宿服務中心承辦人員(註明學號、姓名及退宿原因)，釋出床位可通知候補同學遞補！大學部承辦人馮小姐email：fish516@ntnu.edu.tw 。
6、要辦理就學貸款的同學，請於115年8月26日至9月2日至住宿申請系統勾選上學期住宿費以就學貸款繳交，暫時不要繳住宿費，等辦完就學貸款手續後，確定應繳住宿費金額正確後再繳款，如未於規定時間至住宿申請系統勾選，且未繳費者，將註銷床位且降低下學年住校申請標準順序一順位。★線上勾選住宿費要以就學貸款方式繳交操作手冊: https://reurl.cc/v7OMXl
7、要辦低收入戶住宿費減免同學，請暫時不要繳住宿費，等辦完減免手續後，確定應繳住宿費金額正確後再繳款。
8、因應教育部來文辦理「大專校院學生校內住宿補貼方案」，符合補助資格者，直接依身分別預先扣除於住宿生的住宿繳費單上，住宿生只須繳交補貼後之差額。
◆補助對象:
（1）凡具本國籍之大專校院入住學校宿舍學生都可以獲得大專校院學生校內住宿補貼，延修生及七年一貫制亦屬補貼範圍。
（2）境外生如具本國籍者亦可申請補助(請將身分證影像檔E-mail至床位承辦人信箱(註明學號、姓名)。
◆補貼原則：
（1）一般住宿生：以每名每學期5,000元為原則。如學校住宿費用低於5,000元者，補貼至與其住宿費用相同。
（2）經濟弱勢住宿生：屬於低收入戶或中低收入戶家庭者，每名每學期補貼額度則以7,000元為原則，如學校住宿費用低於7,000元者，補貼至與其住宿費用相同。
如屬於低收入戶或中低收入戶家庭的經濟弱勢住宿學生，請檢附「115年中華民國各縣市政府核定之低收入戶或中低收入戶證明文件」，E-mail至床位承辦人信箱(註明學號、姓名)，未檢附證明者將比照一般生收費。
（3）現役軍人子女身分每名每學期7,000元為原則。如學校住宿費用低於補貼費用者，補貼費用與其住宿費用相同。

Important Notes
1. The dormitory fee payment slip for the 2026 academic year can be downloaded from:

2. New overseas Chinese and international students who are unable to pay the dormitory fee because they have not yet entered Taiwan may complete the payment after entering Taiwan and before the semester begins.
3. Students who fail to pay the dormitory fee within the specified payment period will be deemed to have given up their dormitory accommodation. Their dormitory bed assignment will be canceled, and their priority for dormitory applications in the following academic year will be lowered by one level.
4. Students who no longer need dormitory accommodation must log in to the Student Dormitory Application System between August 26 and September 2, 2026 and submit an application to give up their dormitory accommodation.

5. Students who have already paid the dormitory fee but no longer need dormitory accommodation should notify the Student Housing Service Center staff member in charge by email as soon as possible. Please include your student ID number, name, and reason for withdrawing from the dormitory. This will allow the vacant bed to be released to students on the waitlist.

6. Students who plan to apply for a student loan must select the option in the Student Dormitory Application System indicating that the dormitory fee for the first semester will be paid through a student loan between August 26 and September 2, 2026. Please do not pay the dormitory fee at this time.
After completing the student loan application process, please confirm that the amount of the dormitory fee due is correct before making payment.
Students who fail to select the student loan option in the Student Dormitory Application System within the specified period and also fail to pay the dormitory fee will have their dormitory bed assignment canceled, and their priority for dormitory applications in the following academic year will be lowered by one level.

7. Students applying for a low-income household dormitory fee waiver should not pay the dormitory fee at this time. Please complete the fee waiver application process first and confirm that the amount of the dormitory fee due is correct before making payment.
8. In accordance with the Ministry of Education’s On-Campus Accommodation Subsidy Program for College and University Students, eligible students will have the subsidy deducted directly from their dormitory fees according to their eligibility category. Students only need to pay the remaining balance after the subsidy has been deducted.
Eligible Students
(1) All students with Taiwan nationality who reside in university or college dormitories are eligible for the on-campus accommodation subsidy. Students who have extended their period of study and students enrolled in seven-year integrated programs are also eligible.
(2) Overseas students with Taiwan nationality are also eligible for the subsidy. Please email a scanned copy or image file of your Taiwan National ID Card to the staff member in charge of dormitory bed assignments and include your student ID number and name in the email.
Subsidy Amounts
(1) General Dormitory Residents:
The subsidy is NT$5,000 per student per semester in principle. If the dormitory fee is less than NT$5,000, the subsidy will be limited to the actual amount of the dormitory fee.
(2) Economically Disadvantaged Dormitory Residents:
Students from low-income or lower-middle-income households are eligible for a subsidy of NT$7,000 per student per semester in principle. If the dormitory fee is less than NT$7,000, the subsidy will be limited to the actual amount of the dormitory fee.
Students from low-income or lower-middle-income households must provide a 2026 certificate of low-income or lower-middle-income household status issued by a city or county government in Taiwan. Please email the certificate to the staff member in charge of dormitory bed assignments and include your student ID number and name in the email. Students who fail to provide the required certificate will receive the same subsidy amount as general students.
(3) Children of Active-Duty Military Personnel:
The subsidy is NT$7,000 per student per semester in principle. If the dormitory fee is less than the subsidy amount, the subsidy will be limited to the actual amount of the dormitory fee.
