一、宿舍入住時間:115年8月29日(起)，上午9:00至下午5:00
Dormitory Move-in Date and Hours: Starting from August 29, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
二、115年8月29日及115年8月30日辦理入住手續地點及時間:
1.男一舍及女一分舍住宿生:男一舍一樓。
2.女一舍住宿生:女一舍一樓。
3.學七舍住宿生:學七舍一樓。
4.男二舍及女二舍住宿生:學二舍一樓。
5.上午9時至下午5時。
Move-in Locations and Hours on August 29 and 30, 2026:
(1) Residents of Men’s Dormitory 1 and Women’s Dormitory 1 Annex: 1st floor of Men’s Dormitory 1.
(2) Residents of Women’s Dormitory 1: 1st floor of Women’s Dormitory 1.
(3) Residents of Dormitory 7: 1st floor of Dormitory 7.
(4) Residents of Men’s Dormitory 2 and Women’s Dormitory 2: 1st floor of Dormitory 2.
(5) Move-in hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
三、115年8月31日起辦理入住手續地點及時間:
1.男一舍、女一分舍及女一舍住宿生:男一舍一樓櫃檯。
2.學七舍住宿生:學七舍一樓櫃檯。
3.男二舍及女二舍住宿生:學二舍一樓櫃檯。
4.每日上午9時至下午5時。
Move-in Locations and Hours Starting August 31, 2026:
(1) Residents of Men’s Dormitory 1, Women’s Dormitory 1 Annex, and Women’s Dormitory 1: Front desk on the 1st floor of Men’s Dormitory 1.
(2) Residents of Dormitory 7: Front desk on the 1st floor of Dormitory 7.
(3) Residents of Men’s Dormitory 2 and Women’s Dormitory 2: Front desk on the 1st floor of Dormitory 2.
(4) Move-in hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. daily.
四、新生如尚未領取學生證，請向櫃檯出示證件借用臨時卡使用。領取學生證後即返還臨時卡。
Student ID Card: New students who have not yet received their student ID cards should present a valid form of identification at the front desk to borrow a temporary access card. The temporary card must be returned after receiving the student ID card.
五、應參加每學年度學生宿舍防火或防震疏散演練乙次或自行於下學年宿舍申請截止日(含當日)前，參加並取得臺北市政府消防局防災科學教育館之消防演習認證。
Fire or Earthquake Evacuation Drill: Residents are required to participate in a student dormitory fire or earthquake evacuation drill once each academic year. Alternatively, students may participate in a fire safety drill and obtain certification from the Fire Safety Museum of the Taipei City Fire Department by the dormitory application deadline for the following academic year (inclusive).
六、學年住宿不含寒、暑假期間；寒、暑假如需住宿，請依公告時間申請。
Winter and Summer Break Accommodation: Academic-year dormitory accommodation does not include the winter and summer breaks. Students who need accommodation during these periods must apply according to the announced application schedule.
七、請同學務必記得個人寢室號碼及床號，以利進住作業順利進行。
Room and Bed Numbers: Students must remember their assigned room and bed numbers to ensure a smooth move-in process.
八、公館女二舍及男二舍寢室號碼編排說明：
第1碼為舍別，A為女二舍，B為男二舍。第2-3碼為樓層，第4-5碼為房間號碼。
例如：A1732為女二舍的17樓之32號寢室。
Room Numbering for Women’s Dormitory 2 and Men’s Dormitory 2 at the Gongguan Campus:
The first character indicates the dormitory: A represents Women’s Dormitory 2, and B represents Men’s Dormitory 2. The second and third digits indicate the floor, while the fourth and fifth digits indicate the room number. For example, A1732 refers to Room 32 on the 17th floor of Women’s Dormitory 2
