Students who are unable to complete the dormitory check-out on June 14, 2026, as scheduled by the Student Housing, due to reasons such as the Teacher Qualification Examination for Secondary School and Below (including Kindergarten), flight arrangements, coursework, or other circumstances, may apply for a deferred check-out.
Applications are open from April 1 to April 30, 2026. Please log in to the dormitory application system and submit a One-Day Stay Application Form, stating the reason for your request. Upon approval, you may defer your check-out until 12:00 PM on June 16, 2026.
A daily accommodation fee (NTD 350 per bed per day) will be charged for the extended stay.
If the actual check-out date is later than June 16, 2026, you must apply for summer dormitory accommodation and pay the full summer dormitory fee and deposit.
