Q1：When the application form will be reviewed after submitted?

After your application is submitted, please log in the system before the application deadline to make sure that your application status is “approved”. The application form for Winter Break accommodation will be reviewed from November 30, 2022.

Q2：Will regular boarding students stay in the same room for Winter Break accommodation?

Regular boarding students who are approved to stay in the dormitory during the Winter Break will remain in the same dorm room, while non-regular semester boarding students will be assigned a dorm room by accommodation staff

Q3：Will students who expect to graduate around Jan or Feb 2023 be able to apply Winter Break accommodation?

As long as applicant’s status is still registered as student during application period, applicant can submit the application form for Winter Break accommodation.

Q4：If a student decides to cancel the Winter Break accommodation after payment, will the payment be fully refund?

The refund to the boarding students at the time of checking out is calculated as
follows:
Check-out in Winter Break:
(1) Boarding students who apply for check-out before the announced moving-in date (excluding the day) will receive a full refund of the paid rent, but not any of security deposit.
(2) No refund of the paid rent will be made to the boarding students who apply for checkout after the announced move-in date (including the day).
