各位學一舍的住宿生好:
近日因清潔人員工作方式不當,造成大家的困擾及擔憂,住宿服務中心深感抱歉。經調查了解狀況後,已確認事件發生於男一舍固定樓層,由特定清潔人員所為。也向各位說明,男一舍、女一分舍、女一舍各棟樓層皆由專人負責清掃,因此不當行為僅為個案,並非整體學一舍的常態情形,請大家稍加安心。
釐清真相後,住宿服務中心已要求清潔廠商立即採取以下改善措施:
一、撤換不適任之清潔人員。
二、對所有現場清潔人員加強衛生及標準作業程序之教育訓練。
三、汰換清潔用具,並明確規劃各區專用器材,禁止交叉混用。
四、將於114年3月29日(星期六)上午10:00起,對學一舍所有公共區域進行全面消毒。
維護宿舍環境衛生與住宿生的身心健康,是住宿服務中心最重視的目標。本次事件引發同學的關切與擔憂,我們已立即啟動改善機制。
保持清潔與生活品質,是所有住宿生共同的責任。我們誠摯邀請每一位住宿同學,一起關心並主動維護宿舍環境,讓整體生活空間更安心、整潔與舒適。
同時,除了宿舍工作人員平日巡檢及監督外,也懇請同學們在住宿期間,若發現廠商有任何不當工作行為,請隨時向住宿服務中心、宿舍經理反映,或透過宿委會協助傳達。住宿服務中心將即時了解及妥善處理,相信在大家共同努力下,宿舍環境必能向上提升。

Dear Residents of Student Dormitory 1,
Recently, due to improper work practices by a cleaning staff member from an outsourced contractor, some concerns and inconveniences have arisen. The Student Housing sincerely apologizes for this issue. After investigation, we have confirmed that the incident occurred on a specific floor of the Men’s Dorm 1 and was caused by a particular cleaning staff member employed by the cleaning contractor. We would like to clarify that each floor of Men’s Dorm 1, Women’s Dorm 1B, and Women’s Dorm 1 is assigned a dedicated cleaning staff member. Therefore, this incident is an isolated case and does not reflect the general situation of Student Dormitory 1. We kindly ask for your understanding.
To address this matter, the Student Housing has instructed the cleaning contractor to implement the following corrective measures:
1. Replace the unsuitable cleaning staff member.
2. Enhance hygiene and standard operating procedure training for all on-site cleaning personnel.
3. Replace cleaning tools and assign specific ones to designated areas to prevent cross-contamination
4. Conduct a thorough disinfection of all public areas in Student Dormitory 1 on Saturday, March 29, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM.
Ensuring a clean and hygienic dormitory environment for residents’ well-being is our top priority. We understand the concerns raised by this incident and have immediately taken steps to improve the situation.
Maintaining cleanliness and quality of life is a shared responsibility among all residents. We sincerely invite every dormitory resident to actively participate in preserving a safe, clean, and comfortable living space.
Additionally, while dormitory staff conduct routine inspections and supervision, we encourage all residents to report any improper work practices by the cleaning contractor. You may notify the Student Housing, the dormitory manager, or seek assistance from the Dormitory Committee. The Student Housing will promptly investigate and take appropriate actions. We believe that through our collective efforts, we can enhance the dormitory environment together.
