Instructions and User Guide for New Student Dormitory Application

1. If new students have already applied for housing during the online registration process and do not wish to make any changes, there is no need to log in to the Student Dormitory Application System again. However, if you forgot to apply for housing during registration or wish to change your dormitory preferences, you must log in to the Student Dormitory Application System and complete the application or modify your preferences within the application timeframe announced on the website.
2. Before logging into the Dormitory Application System, please make sure that you have activated your account through the NTNU Portal.

3. Students applying for housing under the categories of low-income, middle-low-income, or with disabilities: Please take a photo of your supporting certificate and email it to the housing coordinator’s email address (clearly state your Student ID and Name) before the online application deadline.
4. Offshore island students (household-registered outside main Taiwan island for over one year), and indigenous students (household-registered in an indigenous tribal area for over one year): Please take a photo of your household registration transcript issued within the last 3 months and email it to the housing coordinator’s email address (clearly state your Student ID and Name) before the online application deadline.
5. The dormitory lottery results for new students will be announced on the Student Housing website at 5:00 p.m. on the scheduled date. Please check the website directly for the results.
