重要注意事項 Important Notes：
1.為加快候補作業，本次同意遞補宿舍或換舍者，請於115/8/9前填寫問卷調查（問卷調查連結會另寄信件通知，若未收到信請務必於8/9日前來信告知），收到承辦人115/8/10之信件通知，才算候補成功，未於115/8/9前填寫問卷調查者視同放棄遞補及換舍，之後欲再申請宿舍候補則視同逾期申請重新排候補序號。
To expedite the waitlist process, students who wish to accept the dormitory placement or room change offered in this round must complete the online survey by August 9, 2026. The survey link will be sent separately by email. If you do not receive the email, please contact us by email no later than August 9.
Your dormitory placement or room change will be considered confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from the staff member in charge on August 10, 2026.
Students who fail to complete the survey by August 9 will be deemed to have declined the dormitory placement or room change. If they wish to apply for the dormitory waitlist again, their application will be treated as a late application and they will be assigned a new waitlist number accordingly.
2.候補者不再依當初申請所填之宿舍志願別，以排進空床位為原則，若只願意住某棟宿舍者請來信告知承辦人，僅能排該棟宿舍之候補，但如此等待候補到床位之時間會較長。Waitlisted students will no longer be assigned based on the dormitory preferences indicated in their original applications. Assignments will be made based on available beds. Students who are only willing to stay in a specific dormitory must notify the staff member in charge by email. In such cases, they will be placed on the waitlist for that dormitory only, and the waiting time for a bed may be longer.
