依據本校「學生住宿輔導辦法」第五條第九款：應參加每學年度學生宿舍防火或防震疏散演練乙次或自行於下學年宿舍申請截止日含當日前，參加並取得臺北市政府消防局防災科學教育館之消防演習認證。 提醒：沒參加會被扣5點喔，扣滿10點降宿舍抽籤順位。

Q: 如果我這學期沒有參加防災演練怎麼辦？
A: 那下學期請一定要參加，也可以在下學年宿舍申請截止日含當日前參加並取得臺北市政府消防局防災科學教育館之消防演習認證。請先上「臺北市政府消防局防災科學教育館」網站預約，然後在住服中心網站下載「住宿生防災演練補訓證明單」。於防災科學教育館完成滅火訓練、煙霧體驗、消防設備訓練等訓練課目後，請防災科學教育館相關人員蓋證明戳章。存留電子檔自行保管，紙本交到宿舍櫃檯。

According to the NTNU Regulations for Student Dormitory Counseling, Article 5, Paragraph 9:
Students shall participate in the fire or earthquake evacuation drills in the student dormitories for one time per academic year, or participate in the fire drills certified by the Fire Safety Museum of Taipei City Fire Department before the dormitory application deadline (including that day) for the next academic year.

Reminder: If you do not participate, 5 points will be deducted. If the total number of deduction points reaches 10 during the academic year, the student shall be lowered 1 place in the standard order of dormitory in the next academic year.

Q: What should I do if I did not participate in the disaster drill this semester?
A: You must participate next semester. Alternatively, You can participate in the fire drills certified by the Fire Safety Museum of Taipei City Fire Department before the dormitory application deadline (including that day) for the next academic year.。

Steps:

  1. Go to the Fire Safety Museum of Taipei City Fire Department website to make a reservation.
  2. Download the form “Attendance Certification Slip of Disaster Prevention Drill for NTNU Dorm Residents” from the Student Housing website.
  3. Ask the museum staff to stamp the Attendance Certification Slip.
  4. At the Fire Safety Museum, complete the following training:
    ● Escape sling
    ● Fire extinguisher
    ● Smoke simulation experience
    ● Fire-fighting equipment training (and other required activities)
  5. Keep the electronic file for yourself.
  6. Submit the stamped paper copy of the Attendance Certification Slip to the dormitory front desk.
