114學年度暑期住宿保證金退款注意事項：
Important Notes on the Refund of the Dormitory Deposit for the 2026 Summer Break:
一、對於114學年度暑期住宿保證金扣繳金額有疑問者，請於115年10月5日(星期一)前洽詢各宿舍輔導員辦理更正，逾期恕不受理。
Students who have any questions regarding the amount deducted from their dormitory deposit for the 2026 Summer Break should contact the counselor of their respective dormitory for correction by Monday, October 5, 2026. Requests submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
二、住宿保證金1,500元扣除違規扣款及代扣寢室電費等，其餘金額將匯入個人指定帳戶。
After deducting any penalties for violations and dormitory room electricity charges from the NT$1,500 dormitory deposit, the remaining balance will be remitted to the bank or post office account designated by the student.
三、未提供本人正確之郵局或銀行帳戶資料者，將暫時無法辦理退款，請同學自行於115年10月5日前至住宿系統更正您的資料。提醒同學，若僑外籍生已換發新式統一證號，除住宿系統要更正資料外，若提供給學校的是郵局帳戶，請記得也要到郵局辦理更新資料作業，以避免退款失敗。★★★ 更改住宿系統帳戶資料及居留證統一證號之操作手冊 https://reurl.cc/ZyGbz3
Students who have not provided correct personal post office or bank account information will be temporarily unable to receive a refund. Please update your information in the Student Dormitory System by October 5, 2026. International and overseas Chinese students are reminded that if you have been issued a new-format ARC number, you must update the information not only in the Student Dormitory System but also at the post office if the account you provided to the University is a post office account. 五、等公告扣款金額確定無誤後會辦理退款，學校退款行政流程約1-2個月，大約12月下旬會匯入指定帳戶。
Refunds will be processed after the announced deduction amounts have been confirmed to be correct. The University’s administrative refund process takes approximately one to two months, and the refund is expected to be remitted to the designated account by late December 2026.
