3.若未於規定期限內繳交住宿費，即視同放棄115學年第2學期住宿，註銷床位資格，並降低下學年住校標準順序1順位。

6.115學年度第1學期有申請低收入戶住宿費減免且第2學期仍會申請者，請暫時不要繳交住宿費，等辦完減免手續後，確定應繳住宿費金額正確後再繳款。
7.因應教育部來文辦理「大專校院學生校內住宿補貼方案」，符合補助資格者，直接依身分別預先扣除於住宿生的住宿繳費單上，住宿生只須繳交補貼後之差額。
◆境外生如具本國籍者亦可申請補助( 請將身分證影像檔E-mail至床位承辦人信箱(註明學號、姓名 )。

2.Announcement Date for Dormitory Bed Assignment Cancellations Due to Non-Payment: December 3, 2026
3.Students who fail to pay the accommodation fee by the specified deadline will be deemed to have given up their dormitory accommodation for the second semester of the 115 academic year (Spring 2027).
Their dormitory bed assignments will be canceled, and their application priority will be lowered by one level for the next academic year.
4.Students who no longer need dormitory accommodation for the second semester of the 115 academic year are requested to log in to the Student Dormitory Application System and submit the “Withdrawal of Dormitory Application” form between November 10 and November 26, 2026.

5.If the student needs to apply for an extended payment time for accommodation fees, please fill in the application for deferred payment at the Student Dormitory Application System before November 26, 2026. Applications submitted after the deadline will be treated as non-payment.

6.Students who applied for accommodation fee reductions due to low-income status in the first semester of the 115 academic year and intend to apply again in the second semester should not pay their accommodation fees yet. Please wait until the reduction process is completed and the correct payment amount has been confirmed before making payment.
7.In response to the Ministry of Education’s official notice, the “On-Campus Accommodation Subsidy Program for Students at Colleges and Universities” will be implemented. Eligible students will have the subsidy deducted in advance from their dormitory accommodation fee bills according to their respective eligibility categories. Students residing in university dormitories will only need to pay the remaining balance after the subsidy has been applied.
Overseas students who hold Taiwanese nationality are also eligible to apply for the subsidy. Please email a copy of your Taiwanese ID card to the staff member responsible for dormitory bed assignments, and include your student ID number and name.
