★Notification of status cancellation due to no payment: September 5, 2025
1. URL of downloading payment slip: http://ap.itc.ntnu.edu.tw/FreshLogin/
2. If the overseas Chinese and foreign students who are not in Taiwan should complete the payment before the first date of semester (September 1, 2025).
3. If the student who failed to pay accommodation rent timely will be deemed as a voluntary surrender of the tenancy and whose order will be declined 1-level down in priority for accommodation application in the next school year.
4. Those who decides not to live dormitory in the 114 academic year, please notify the undertaker by E-mail (indicating student ID number, name and reason for canceling the dormitory).
5. Ministry of Education “Subsidy Program for College and University Students Living
On-Campus”: Overseas students with Taiwanese nationality are also eligible to apply for the subsidy (please send an image file of your Taiwanese ID card to the undertaker).
