1. URL of downloading payment slip： http://ap.itc.ntnu.edu.tw/FreshLogin/
2. If the student who failed to pay accommodation rent timely will be deemed as a voluntary surrender of the tenancy and whose order will be declined 1-level down in priority for accommodation application in the next school year.
3. Those who decide not to live dormitory in the 2026 Summer Break are requested to log in to the Student Dormitory Application System and submit the “Withdrawal of Dormitory Application” form between April 17 and April 30, 2026.
◆Student Dormitory Application System → Withdrawal of Dormitory Application → Summer Withdrawal of Dormitory Application → Withdrawal of Dormitory Application → Fill in the reason for withdrawal → Save → Complete the summer withdrawal of dormitory application
4. If the student need to apply for an extended payment time for accommodation fees, please fill in the application for deferred payment at the student dormitory application system before April 30, 2025.
